(More customer reviews)I purchased this heater to supplement the heat from my furnace. So far it has been great. I don't know yet how it will effect my gas & electric bill but judging by how infrequently my furnace kicks on it should do wonders for my gas bill. It's quiet, I hardly even notice it's on. Just like they advertise, the outside doesn't get too hot to touch. It looks great in my living room, like just another piece of furniture. I definitely made a good decision buying this.

(More customer reviews)I love the look of this heater. Everyone comments that it looks like a small piece of furniture, like an end table. The oak cabinet is easily cleaned just like any other wood furniture.
As for comfort, let me say I love being toasty warm and this unit does the job. It will heat up to one thousand square feet. It will not work well if you have cathedral ceilings, nor will any other heater. The castors make it easy to move from room to room if you want.
We bought this heater on the recommendation of several friends who have owned this heater for several years and all are happy with it and have had no problems. At this time we have only one of these heaters, but are considering buying a second one this winter to place in another area of our home.
Another nice feature of this heater is that it contains four 375 Watt infra-red lamps that can be replaced by the consumer. Other heaters have bulbs that are hard-wired making it necessary to have them replaced by the maker.
This unit has a simple thermostat, not the digital display type with many selections. My husband loves this feature because we already have too many appliaces and electronics with confusing digital displays.
Highly recommended!

(More customer reviews)I ordered four coleman propane torches [great product] and decided to try out these oil laterns for something a bit more decorative near our outdoor sitting area. The design is very attractive in person, unlike many copper lanterns these are full height, decent weight and well proportioned. In fact, everything about them is quite nice except the stake -- the stake has two prongs which make it very easy to step down on and insert into the soil/other BUT when filled the lanterns tend to feel a bit top heavy due to the height. Since these are oil filled [versus the propane canisters of the other] I was hoping for something a bit more steady but instead, this set feels like it needs additional support. Otherwise, an attractive set for a nice price.

I read on the internet that someone's doctor told them a fungus, virus, or bacteria (I can't remember which) can cause that. They wrote their doctor told them Citronella oil could kill the bad bug. (My words, not theirs). Anyways, I thought it would be worth a try. My fingers used to be cracked and would sometimes even split some at the ends. No longer. I put Citronella oil on them several times. I haven't used it in months. I use no lotion. I work with paper a lot at my job. Yesterday my granddaughter told me my fingers are very soft. They use to be rough and cracked. Now they are soft with no cracks.
This product of 64 oz Citronella oil arrived quickly and intact. It should last me a lifetime.

(More customer reviews)I've always been a Hunter fan (gosh that's funny!), and wanted to spend a little more on their Original Classic. I am glad I did. Every part of the fan is of higher quality. The blades have real wood veneer on each side (walnut and oak); not the wood look vinyl.
The motor housing is cast iron (over 40 pounds! be careful) and uses oil (tube include) to continuously bathe the ball bearings and circulates to other vital areas. Hence, this fan comes with a lifetime warranty. They say the oil should never have to be replaced or added to, but the level should be checked every 5 years.
They kept the old Classic look and design but improved the efficiency. It has an Energy Star rating and is the most efficient model I've ever owned (I have 2 other new Hunter fans which are not as efficient; still good though). The efficiency ratings are shown on the outside top of the box.
It's a great fan.

(More customer reviews)Well, I'd written a glowing, very detailed review of this item 2 days after I received it as a birthday gift. It's beautiful, works well diffusing oils into the air gently, and *didn't survive* 4 days of intermittent use.
The first time the water came below the sensor, it turned off, as it was supposed to. According to the (badly written) instructions, I should have been able to just add water to bring the level over the sensor and it would work again. Nope. I unplugged it, filled it, and the sensor light was still on. I let it rest for about an hour. It turned on and made mist/diffused for about 3 minutes and shut off again - the red light indicating a too-low water level. Unfortunately, the sensor happened to be under about an inch of water at the time. After many attempts to remedy this situation, I'm going to have to ask the purchaser for the receipt so I can send it back. It's too bad because I was completely in love with this item.
I might try just to get a replacement, but I might return it for a completely different ultrasonic diffuser.

Also the top saucer is not attached to the plug in like real Scency plugins are. So, when you turn it on and off you run the risk of it tipping or falling off.

I thought it was a great idea to try out one of these sonic watches - especially for those cocktail/dinner parties in the backyard or around the pool. This did nothing. In fact, I watched mosquitoes land right next to it, on my arm, when it was on. And, don't be fooled, you can kinda hear it, depending on how good your hearing is.
It is a waste of money for sure...

Cream Tart Warmer + Nightlight Review

(More customer reviews)This works surprisingly well! It takes about an hour or so for a tart candle to actually melt, but when it does, it fully melts down. At first I thought maybe it was only going to warm the tart, but it did eventually melt into a liquid. I have been using Yankee Candle tarts in my warmer, so I can vouch for that brand working perfectly with this warmer.
This warmer is in 2 separate parts. The first being the bottom piece that holds the light bulb, the second is a dish that sits on top of the bottom piece. You will want to plug this into an outlet that won't get bumped, or the dish piece that holds the tarts could get knocked off and spill candle wax everywhere.
This warmer does come with a bulb, and should be easy to replace when it burns out since it is just a standard night light bulb. The warmer is not small by any means. I would say the whole things is about the same size as a coffee mug, but not as heavy. I have had no problems with it not staying plugged in or falling out.
It's a great tart warmer that is worth every penny!
