(More customer reviews)Very attractive and sturdy (which is necessary in this household!) But the best part was the customer service. I mistakenly threw out the mounting bracket with the box (oops!) But I contacted their customer service dept. via e-mail and they had a new one to me in a week. I really appreciated that.
