(More customer reviews)I believe I read the description before I purchased this product, but was surprised when I received it. There are fish and coral-like things on the decorative cap. It looks nice, but makes the lamp theme specific. Doesn't suit my decorating taste. Also, it is a glass lamp, but not transparent. You can't see the oil level inside.

(More customer reviews)As much as I like Satya Nag Champa and as pleasant as this oil is, it does not have that sensual smell of other patchouli oils. This is a very mild oil that reminds me more of the nag champa incense. Now if it were listed as Nag Champa I would have given it a five star. But, I want that heavy woodsy smell of the patchouli flower, one that mixes with antelope musk and amber so that it lasts, but doesn't over power. People ship the item fast and at a very reasonable price.

The pictures look nice, but the quality is horrible, and they products were bent, they were assembled in a bad manor. I was very disappointed to say the least. I did however get a product refund, but no refund for shipping to me or shipping back to the company.

If you are at all nautical, these are a must for wall.
An enexpensive LED light hung on the inside is a good alternative to the oil lamp that is supplied.

(More customer reviews)This diffuser is unpolished soapstone, but the stone used is so pretty as-is that it really doesn't need to be polished. It has one of the more elaborate carvings I've seen on a soapstone diffuser, with lots of holes for the light to shine through. The bowl is a good size, and is not attached (it is a separate piece) which could be a good thing or a bad thing depending on your point of view.
The opening in the back is a bit small and it has a high interior lip. Getting a tealight in there without getting burned is a learned art (maybe easier for you, as I am kind of clumsy anyway). A minor flaw, really, and not worth deducting a star. It really is very pretty. The one you get probably won't be pink, though. Mine is more of a purple. Good thing, because I don't like pink. Any item made with natural materials is going to show some color variation.

(More customer reviews)We actually used this as a unity candle at an outdoor ceremony. It worked great. The colors were perfect and it's a beautiful piece that we will actually use in our home. The glass is very thick so it seems durable, however I have not dropped it in order to find out. It doesn't hold alot of oil but does come with enough to fill it once! I've thought about purchasing some for gifts. They would be great!
