(More customer reviews)I bought this warmer and the white warmer at the same time. The white warmer works exactly as promised. Although I love the color of the red one, the wax won't melt completely in it! I haven't tried replacing the bulb yet to see if that is the problem. Still, it annoys me greatly that the white item works so well right out of the box and this red one barely softens the same type of wax!
(Aug 27, 2010) Since I originally wrote this review, I looked at the bulbs that came in both the white and the red. The red contained a 5 watt bulb whereas the white had a 15 watt bulb. Going to the hardware store today to pick up some 15 watt bulbs... still annoying, but at least I can make this work now.
