(More customer reviews)We have these lights all through our house and LOVE them! The glass is slighty varied on each one and look really beautiful with a clear light bulb in them! We unscrew the glass and clean them in warm water occasionally but they are easy to wipe down and clean with a warm rag as well! We did have an electrician switch out our old sconce with this new one but it seems like an easy change if your handy!

(More customer reviews)It doesn't throw much light, but it's enough to illuminate part of my patio so I don't stumble over the dog, and it's good for an area where you can't hard wire it or don't know how. You have to reach behind the globe to reach the on/off switch (not the best placement) and I hate to leave it on very long because of the batteries. However, it looks reallly good and I guess that counts for something. (sounds like some shoes I have)

The construction doesn't feel very solid and they flex easily, but as long as your kids aren't hanging from them, you'll be fine. I would buy them again.
