(More customer reviews)While preparing for the uncertain Y2K, we were recommended the Aladdin lamp. We bought three, which might have been "wasted" money, except that they have been used with great pleasure when we have had power outages, outdoor evening picnics, or just for the lovely "atmosphere" it offers! Over the last ten years, it's been our favorite oil lamp because of its bright light, no smoke, and attractiveness. I have set mine in a prominent place in our living room, and am looking forward to giving my adult children their own Aladdin lamp when they have their own homes.
