(More customer reviews)The chandelier arrived quickly, in fact a day earlier than expected. The description on Amazon was of a Oil rubbed bronze chandelier with white alabaster glass. The Chandelier, in fact comes with Sepia Tinted glass shades and white alabaster shades are not available for this chandelier.
The item must have been previously sold as it was obvious it had been re-packaged and the bubble wrap was all taped every which way. There was to be a length of chain to hang the Chandelier, but there was none in the box. To date, I have not been able to hang the item, but I really like the look of it and even without the white shades, would like to keep it. I cannot hang it with wires alone and have not yet found a way to get a chain to match.
Still waiting for a response from the store that shipped it.

(More customer reviews)I really like these pendant lights, in the description it doesn't tell you if you have to use them at 47-1/4 inch but we took a gamble hoping that you wouldn't and they come in 3 sections so they can be made shorter. We use them above an island counter in the kitchen and if they were 47-1/4 they would almost touch the counter (we have 8 foot ceilings). We left out a pole on both of them and the look beautiful!! We bought all of the hardware house oil rubbed bronze items to match we love them so much!!
