I purchased 2 of these light fixtures due to the style and the oil rubbed bronze finish to match the rest of my bathroom fixtures. The finish style is much different from the website image and the product box. The finish described on the website and shows in the pictures is the oil rubbed bronze finish. Instead, the product was of a metallic silver finish. After opening the box, and noticed the difference, I read the description on the box. It states the finish is a classic bronze. This is completely different from the website/box images and website description/title. The craftsmanship is also very poor. The mold is rough and maybe not finish. The fixture looks like it was dropped and kicked across the floor. This product is ugly and is nothing like the descriptions and images.
I am amazed how other people reviewed this with 5 stars. This product is clearly incorrectly advertised, ugly and is poor quality. Very disappointed in this purchase I will be returning these back to Amazon.

(More customer reviews)The chandelier arrived quickly, in fact a day earlier than expected. The description on Amazon was of a Oil rubbed bronze chandelier with white alabaster glass. The Chandelier, in fact comes with Sepia Tinted glass shades and white alabaster shades are not available for this chandelier.
The item must have been previously sold as it was obvious it had been re-packaged and the bubble wrap was all taped every which way. There was to be a length of chain to hang the Chandelier, but there was none in the box. To date, I have not been able to hang the item, but I really like the look of it and even without the white shades, would like to keep it. I cannot hang it with wires alone and have not yet found a way to get a chain to match.
Still waiting for a response from the store that shipped it.

The only reason I did not give this item 5 stars is because the description states that 5 light bulbs are included and I did not receive any light bulbs. One tip - be sure to measure how much chain you require. I thought five feet of chain was a lot, well, it isn't. But it all worked out and now my dining area has light and looks great!

The chandelier is as pictured, but I would have returned this if I had known the fixture uses GU-10 base bulbs. This should have been stated in the description! Unfortunately, the electrician had already hard-wired it to the dimmable switch in our dining room. I have searched fruitlessly for dimmable bulbs with GU-10 bases. I don't think they exist.

(More customer reviews)I was shopping around for a 5 light chandelier to replace a gold one that came with our house (I don't like gold for some strange reason) and I found this on on amazon with free shipping, so it was at least $50 cheaper than ones at menards, home depot, lowes, etc.. I bought it and loved it so much that I ended up buying the pendant lights, and the wall sconces to match and a couple hanging lights. Ended up replacing 5 of the lights in our house after buying this because it is such a nice look. Highly reccomended!! I love it!!

Hardware House 544965 21-1/2-by-8-Inch Bath/Wall Lighting Fixture, Oil Rubbed Bronze Review

(More customer reviews)The piece looked good on the website, and in the box, but this lamp is a piece of junk.
1. The horizontal bar is not securely fastened to the oval part that attaches to the wall. There is no way to tighten it.
2. Instructions are basically non-existent. All we could read from the instructions is that you connect black wire to black, and white to white. (Um, yeah, thanks.)
3. There is a weird 2-piece mounting bracket that can spin. This bracket is not pictured in the instructions at all. It took us three hours to figure out how to put the bracket on the wall, while fastening the front of the bracket to keep it (and thus the whole lamp) from spinning, while putting the front-facing screws through from the back (which is against the wall) so that they don't stick too far out through the front. Because on the front there is a shallow bronze knob to cover the end of the screw, and this is only way the lamp is really attached to the bracket and thus the wall.
4. When the lamp was finally on the wall, leaning out because the screws still stuck out a bit too far, I tried to put the glass cups on. One of the rings holding the cups on does not screw down, so the lamp can only be mounted with cups facing up (not like the picture on website). Otherwise the middle glass cup would be hanging down, loose and lower than the other cups.
To sum up: there are no instructions, but installation is not intuitive, and glass cups are not secure.
At least the bulbs lit up, so no internal wires are broken, and the glass cups arrived unbroken in the box.
But I'm afraid changing a light bulb the first time is going to bring the whole thing down off the wall!
