(More customer reviews)The fan in and of itself is a great quality product. The installation is typical of most fan installations. However, there is one drawback with my experience. I had an incredibly hard time balancing the fan. All of the fan blades were slightly warped. Once attached to the fan the distance from ceiling to fan blade differed from each blade by as much as 1.25". This truly is unacceptable. As I am a DIY type of guy, I tackled the problem logically and moved the fan blades with the most similar distances from the ceiling opposite from each other. This method produced perfect results on low and high settings. The medium setting still has a slight wobble, however; I am satisfied at this juncture. On a good note, this fan looks beautiful and modern at an affordable price. The noise level is minimal. The remote is a great feature and the airflow is fantastic. Overall I would recommend and purchase this fan again.

(More customer reviews)It took me a moment but I am very pleased with this fan. It looks gorgeous. I actually was concerned about a modern fan in with tradional furniture but it really looks nice in with everything. One thing that I did notice is that if you do not turn off the power from the wall switch instead of the hand held remote, I find that the light will all of a sudden turn on by itself. All in all, if you want a different look you will be very pleased with this. I bought the Oil Rubbed Bronze Finish because all of our fixtures are the same finish in the house. The Electrician that installed the fan really raved about the fan and mentioned to his wife that he wanted to put one in his office.

(More customer reviews)Quiet heavy duty traditional fan designed to be used in a room with lower ceilings. Although the fan does the job and seems like it will run for years it is operated with a pull Chain mechanism. This particular fan was not wired for the Casablanca W32 Inteli Touch Wall Control. Had I known this, I would not have purchased it for a room with 20' ceilings. The off brand controller doesn't allow you to switch directions or use the 6 speeds of this fan.

(More customer reviews)If the control has a beep, you can't turn it off. It's annoying. You can't turn the fan on/off if someone is sleeping. Very poor customer service on the telephone. I have one Casablanca I'm not happy with and 3 Monte Carlo that are great and much cheaper with no beep!
