(More customer reviews)I love Scandinavian design, from Arne Jacobsen furniture to Stelton kitchen accessories...so when I found these unique Danish Candles in Copenhagen I purchased them right away for myself and as gifts. Everyone loved them and wanted to know how to get more. The "Stix" are like straws with wicks running through them, you light the tops and they create a very cool and gentle light. New Danish Clean Green Oil is the only Lamp & Candle Oil made from Vegetable Oil, not petroleum, so there's no smoke and no soot, that's excellent if you have allergies or don't want soot on your walls. Also, if they tip over they don't create a big fire, they just go out because it's not petroleum... so the safety factor is worth considering. It looks even better and more romantic in person, highly recommend them. (More customer reviews)The product was great. It was exactly as shown the only part was that when it was shipped it was a bit warm and the seal came off the top spilling into the bag that it was in. No biggie.. it was in a bag and I sent a message with pictures to customer service through Courtney's Candles. The response back was that sometimes in the heat the pressure builds up and cracks the seal, sorry for the inconvenience and that was it. No offer to replace the item since it spilled all into the bag. So I can say that the product is great the customer service is HORRIBLE!

(More customer reviews)When the Great Blizzard hit, and power was off and on for two weeks or longer, we ran out of lamp oil. Could NOT find it anywhere locally or at other online stores. Found this on Amazon.com. It was on back order, but we ordered it anyway. It came soon after we ordered it. I felt like Santa at Christmas time. Ordered a lot of it, so was able to share. It is ultra pure, that's for sure. No scent and burns super clean. I highly recommend it to anyone. Especially if smells bother them.

This product was priced right and they provided a fair amount for the price. We burn lamp oil on board our boat at times since it gives off a warm light. The last thing I want to be doing is cleaning soot off the salon ceiling and cleaning the lamps that burn the oil. Save yourself the headache and start with clean oil, then continue using it. I have seen some very over priced oil and at first tried those products. Since using this brand, I have no reason to change.
