I was very disappointed in the condition of the product. The bottle of scent was open (the seal was broken)and was only 2/3rds full. I did not buy a used product..I bought new. Buyer beware.

(More customer reviews)The product was great. It was exactly as shown the only part was that when it was shipped it was a bit warm and the seal came off the top spilling into the bag that it was in. No biggie.. it was in a bag and I sent a message with pictures to customer service through Courtney's Candles. The response back was that sometimes in the heat the pressure builds up and cracks the seal, sorry for the inconvenience and that was it. No offer to replace the item since it spilled all into the bag. So I can say that the product is great the customer service is HORRIBLE!
