1 came with no oil
the other the bulb blew out in 15 min
when it worked it seemed ok, the second one seems fine so far
build on both of them is medium quality
too bad there is not an option to buy higher quality salt lamps on amazon
another thing to keep in mind is the brochure with it says the lamp sweats and will ruin furniture if not put on a coaster or plate, i wish they sold some kind of holder for it or made it where the bottom would catch any moisture, that would seem to make sense, i plan to find some black plates or something similar to put them on, but that is kind of hassle
update
i ordered another one which was stupid of me, all 3 of these the bulbs quit within a week, and the cord just quit on the last one that is not a month old
this company has serious quality control problems, i would buy a different brand
