(More customer reviews)This item was what I wanted and expected. However I ordered 5 units for a patio and three of them cam with a broken glass fixture. Amazon was great to work with and prompt and handling the issue. I did contact the manufacture were I got a quick response. However the manufacture response was they couldn't help me as they do not have replacement fixtures for this fan.
What is interesting is the first set of fans were shipped UPS and 3 had broken glass. The replacements that amazon sent quickly via fed ex arrived intact.
Anyways I did like the fans, and loved amazons service, just check the glass before assembly and if broken ask for a replacement right away.
